for the dough

. 300 g of flour
. 50 g of butter
. A pinched salt
For garnish
. 2 carrots
. 100 g of pea
. 4 potatoes (boiled)
. 1 teaspoon cumin
. 1 teaspoon garam Masala
. ½ teaspoon of green chili
. ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
. ½ teaspoon of salt
. 2 tbsp of oil
. Oil for frying

Cooking method

.Mash the potatoes and mix it with the garam Masala
. Make a paste with all the spices with the 2 tbsp of oil
. Cut carrots into slices and fry them in hot oil in a frying pan with the peas
.pour a little water, add the Spice paste, cover and let cook for 10 min
Make the dough of sambosas/samosas
.combine the flour, the salt and softened butter, knead to obtain a dough, add a little water if it recommended
.do small balls with the dough and roll them into circle
.cut each circle into half
. Roll the half circle into cones and stuff them with the vegetables
. Stick the edges with water or flour paste (3 tbsp of flour mix with a little of water) and FRY them till golden brown
. Serve with chili sauce
