.250G spaghetti (cooked)
.500G minced veal
.4 onions (chopped)
. 250 ml tomato puree
. 750 ml tomato juice
.1 teaspoon fresh parsley (chopped)
. 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
. 1 teaspoon paprika powder
. 1 teaspoon black pepper
. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
. 3 bay leaves (chopped)
. Salt
.Fresh basil leaves,Chopped tomatoes and Grated cheddar cheese for garnish

Ingredients For basil sauce
. 2 cup basil leaves
.1 cup olive oil
. 2 cloves garlic
. 70g grated cheddar cheese
. ½ teaspoon honey
. Salt

For veal sauce
.Put little oil in a saucepan, add onions. Stir for 3 minutes and add Veal meat. Cook till it change color
. Add tomato puree, and tomato juice. Stir and cook for more 5 minutes
.Add remaining ingredients, cover and let shimmer
. Cook till the sauce become half than it was before
Prepare basil sauce
. Add all ingredients of basil sauce in a blender, Blend till it become a smooth paste
.Add more olive oil if require
.Put 1 tbsp of basil sauce in a plate, following with spaghetti (mixed with little veal sauce) and end with veal sauce at the top.
.Garnish with fresh basil leaves,tomatoes and grated cheese
.Serve hot
