.300 grams white cream cheese (Mascarpone cheese)
. 1packet ladyfingers cookies
. 25 cl strong brewed coffee
. 1 tbsp almond extract
. 4 egg whites
. 3 egg yolks
. 4 tbsp cocoa powder


.Mix egg yolks, sugar and almond extract for 5 minutes till the mixture whitened
.Add mascarpone cheese to the mixture
. Beat egg white till firm. Mix gently to the cheese mixture
. Soak Ladyfingers cookies gently one by one in the coffee
. In a dish arrange half of soaked ladyfinger, add half of mascarpone mixture on it. Continue the same step with the rest of cookies and cream
. Sprinkle cocoa powder over it and put in refrigerator for about 10 hours
. Serve cold
