fish teriyaki

Ingredients
. ½ kg fresh salmon
. ¾ cup soy sauce
. ½ cup water
.3 tbsp wine (optional)
. 3 tbsp brown sugar
. ¼ cup sugar
. 2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
. 2 teaspoons fresh minced ginger
. 1 tbsp cornstarch
. 1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
. ½ bowl green shallot (chopped)
. Olive oil for fry
.salt to taste

Method

.rub salt on the fish pieces and bring it for frying
. Fry the pieces of fish in hot oil first, then lower the heat and fry till golden brown
. Remove and Drain on paper towel and set aside.
For sauce
.add a drop of olive oil in a saucepan, and add the garlic and ginger. Stir for 2 minutes add water, soy sauce, wine, brown sugar and the sugar
. Keep stirring till the sugar melts completely
. Add 1 tbsp cornstarch in 1 tbsp of water, mix well and add the paste to the sauce
. Stir till the sauce thickened
. Remove from heat
. Put the sauce on a serving plate, following the fried salmon fish and spread sesame seeds and shallot onto it
