King Prawn in Red sauce

Ingredients

. 15 king prawns (uncooked)

.500 g canned red tomatoes ( finely chopped)

. 3 tbsp tomato puree

.1  big onion (chopped)

.3 cloves garlic (crush and chopped)

. 1 teaspoon ginger paste

.1 tbsp lemon juice

. 1 teaspoon sugar

. salt

. black pepper

. oil

. 1 sprig fresh thyme leaves

. 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Method

. Clean prawns by removing the dorsal vein off, wash and leave the shells if want or you can remove them depend on your taste

. Add salt , and lemon juice to the prawn follow with a pinch of black pepper. Mix and keep aside

. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and add the prawns. Cook until it change the color. Remove from pan and keep aside

. Add onion in the same pan, and let to fry for a while. Add garlic, ginger paste, tomato puree and sugar. Let simmer with a little of water for 5 minutes or until the onion become transparent

. Add canned chopped tomatoes and fresh thyme. Stir and let sauce to cook until the tomato become soft and well cooked

. Add prawns in the sauce and cook until sauce become thick

. Season with salt, black pepper and fresh parsley. Allow to cook for more 5 minutes

. Remove from heat, and serve with breads

Beef and cheese cream pasta

Ingredients

. 400 g cooked pasta

. 200 g Beef meat (cut into pieces)

.  2 tablespoons olive oil

.  ½ cup cream cheese light

.  ½ teaspoon dried oregano

.  3 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley

.  ½ cup water

. Salt to taste

 

Methods

. Add 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan, and add pieces of meat. Add salt and dried oregano and fry till soften

.While meat is cooking, cook pasta in boiling salted water.

.When meat is ready, add cream cheese and add 1 full cup of salted pasta water, mix gently until cream cheese is well combined and creamy

. Immediately add cooked pasta, gently mix.

.Spread with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately

Green Asparagus with eggs salad

Ingredients

.1 bunch fresh Asparagus

.4 tomatoes (boiled)

.1 egg (boiled)

. 2 tbsp lemon juice

.pinch of sugar

.salt

.fresh parsley for garnish

For sauce

. ½ cup fresh parsley

.4 garlic cloves

. ¼ cup olive oil

.2 tbsp vinegar

.salt




Methods

.Wash fresh asparagus and place on a plate

.cut boiled egg into half and place on asparagus following with boiled tomatoes

.mix lemon juice with sugar and salt and spread over the salad

Method for sauce by Topchefpro:

.Chop parsley and garlic

.pour in a blender, add vinegar and mix till become a paste

.pour in a small bowl and add in the olive oil, and salt. Mix well

. Add on eggs and the salad and serve
