maki sushi

Ingredients
.300 grams sushi rice
. 200 grams salmon (cut into slices)
.1cucumber (cut into slices)
. 3 Nori sheets
. 1 Bamboo sushi rolling mat
. Tezu
. Water
. 2 Damp towels

SUSHI RICE recipes

Ingredients
. 325 grams short grain rice
. 2 cups water
. 1/3 cup rice vinegar
. 3 tbsp sugar
. 1 teaspoon salt

method

. Wash rice in water till the water become clear
. Soaked rice for 30 minutes
. Drain the rice
. Add rice in rice cooker with 2 cups of water
. Let it for cooking
. Combine rice vinegar with sugar and salt
.remove cooked rice add vinegar mixture in it and mix
. Cover sushi rice with a damp towel and let cooling

TEZU

.Mix ¼ cup water with 2 tbsp of rice vinegar

Sushi method

. Place nori sheet shiny side down
. Wet your hands with “tezu” and take sushi rice
. Place the rice on nori by leaving 1 inch of nori sheet uncovered at the top
. Add a slice of salmon and a slice of cucumber, Hold it with your fingers and roll
. Press down to form sushi roll
. Wet knife with a damp towel before cutting
. Cut into half then thirds
. Don’t forget to cover the sushi with damp towel
