spring rolls

. 15 spring roll wrappers
. ½ kg chicken (minced)
. 1 small carrot (grated)
. ½ cup cheddar cheese (grated)
. 1 cup sweet corn paste (blended sweet corn)
. 1 red chili (optional)
. 1 onion (chopped)
. 2 tbsp corn flour mix with 3 tbsp water (to stick the wrappers)
.oil for frying

. Put 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, and add minced chicken and a pinch of salt. Cook for 10 minutes
. Remove chicken from heat, let cool completely
. Add grated carrot, corn paste, red chili, onion, grated cheese and mix wellwrapped method
. Lay one spring-roll wrapper, on a surface as a diamond shape (following the steps as shown in the picture), with one corner pointing down towards you, brush corn flour paste on the borders. Add the fillings on the wrapper. Wrap the sheet and brush corn flour paste at the end and stick it well
. Repeat the same step with other wrappers
. Heat oil in a pan, and deep fry the roll till golden brown
. Serve with sauces
