Chiken nuggets

.2 chicken breasts
.3 eggs
.50 cl semi skimmed milk
.4 tbsp corn flour
.3 small bowls breadcrumb
.1 teaspoon curry powder
.1 teaspoon red chili powder
.1chicken stock cube
. 1 tbsp dried Provence herb
.Oil for fry

.pour water in a saucepan, add chicken stock cube and bring to boil. Add chicken flesh and let boil for 30 minutes
.remove from heat, drain and put chicken flesh in blender. Blend for few minutes
.Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add curry powder, chili powder, salt, Blackpepper. Stir and add blended chicken, mix well and cook for 5 minutes
.Bring milk to boil, add corn flour, stir to make a thick sauce. Add chicken mixture to the sauce and cook for more 5 minutes
.remove from heat, let mixture to cool completely
.pour mixture in a flat plate and flatter the mixture
.put mixture in refrigerator for 1 hour
.Beat eggs with 1 pinch of salt and dried Provence herb
.put breadcrumb in a large flat plate
.remove nugget mixture from fridge, cut into long strips or shape depend of your choice
. Dip nuggets in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb
. Heat oil in a large pan
.Deep fry nuggets till golden color
.drain on kitchen towel
.serve hot with sauces
