Christmas dish

Ingredients
. 1 chicken 2 kg
.2 tbsp garlic paste
.1 tbsp rosemary powder
.2 tbsp butter
.1 tbsp honey
.2 tbsp mustard paste
.1 cup water
.1 tbsp lemon juice
.salt
.Blackpepper


Method
.preheat oven at 240°C
.spread salt and Blackpepper all over the chicken
.in a small bowl, mix ginger paste, rosemary, butter, honey, mustard paste and lemon juice
.Grease a baking pan put the chicken in the pan
.Rub the mixed paste all over the chicken
.pour 1 cup water in the pan
.put the pan in the oven and cook for 40 minutes, baste the chicken with the sauce found in the pan time to time, add few water if needed
.remove when it’s cooked
.serve hot with salads and breads
