Lamb bbq

Ingredients
. 1 ½ kg lamb
. 3 tbsp tandoori powder
. 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
. 2 tbsp garlic paste
. 2 tbsp mustard paste
. Salt
. 2 tbsp honey
. 4 tbsp lemon juice
. Special mixture 4 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp honey and 2 tbsp mustard paste (to be used on meat while grilling)

Method

Marinating
.Marinate the Lamp meat with all the ingredients with a cup of water added (except the special mixture)
. Leave for at least 4 hours
.prepare barbecue grill, and place the pieces of meat on the grill
. Brush the meat with the special mixture time to time
. Serve hot
