chicken saute

. ½ kg chicken breast (cut into small cubes)
. 1 Red pepper (chopped)
. 1 ripe pineapple (chopped)
. 1 tbsp lemon juice
. 1 tin mushroom (pieces with stem)
. 1 tbsp oregano
. Salt
. Black pepper


. Heat oil in a pan and add chicken with a pinch of salt and black pepper, let cook till soft
. Add chopped red pepper, mushroom and oregano. Cover the pan, and let cook for 5 or 6 minutes
. Add pineapple, and a little black pepper. Stir for 3 minutes
. Remove from heat, add lemon juice. Mix and serve hot with Bread or pancakes
