Spagetti beef

. 300 grams spaghetti (cooked)
. 375 grams minced beef meat
. 3 tbsp olive oil
. 2 small onions (chopped)
. 2 small carrots (chopped)
. 100 grams mushroom
.1 tbsp fresh chopped celery
. 1 ½ tbsp fresh garlic paste
. 200 ml tomato puree
. ½ kg fresh tomatoes (chopped)
. 200 ml beef stock
. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
. Salt
. Black pepper
. Grated cheese

Cooking Method

. Put olive oil in a sauce pan, add meat and fry for some minutes
. Remove meat and fry chopped carrot in the same sauce pan for some minutes
. Remove carrot and add chopped onion till it turns transparent
. Add garlic paste, tomato puree, fresh chopped tomato, mushroom, celery, salt and black pepper
. Mix well and let cook for 5 minutes, add beef stock and oregano
. Cover the sauce pan, and let cook till the water evaporate
. Remove from heat
. Put the cooked spaghetti in an oven dish, following the meat sauce on it, and finish it by the grated cheese on top
. Cook in oven on 150 degrees till the cheese melt
