Shrimps red sauce

. ½ kg shrimps
. 1 ½ cup tomato puree
. 1 small onion (chopped)
. 1 clove fresh garlic (chopped)
. 1 green chili (chopped)
. ½ cup green shallot
. 30 g butter
. 1 tbsp celery (chopped)
. 1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
. Salt
. Black pepper
.2 tbsp Olive oil
. 60 CL water


. Bring olive oil in a saucepan for heat; drop the chopped garlic, onion, and the chili. Stir for some minutes till the onion become transparent, add the shrimps, salt, and black pepper and let the shrimps turn red.
. Put the tomato puree and water into it, and cook till the water evaporate
. Add chopped parsley and celery
. Remove from heat
. Remove the shrimps from the sauce, and place it on a plate
. Put butter in the sauce, and mix well
.Pour the sauce on the shrimps and sprinkle chopped green shallot on it
. serve hot
