semolina cake

Ingredients
. 375G semolina
. 125G flour
. 5 eggs
. 350G soft butter
. 325G powdered Sugar
. 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
. 2 teaspoon cardamom powder
. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
. ¼ cup milk
. ½ teaspoon yellow food color


Method
. Preheat oven at 180°C
. Grease a baking oven tray
. Add sugar powder with soft butter in a large bowl, mix in the mixer till it become creamy
. Add eggs one by one, whisk for 3 minutes for each egg added
.remove from mixer, Add sieved flour and semolina. Mix with a wooden spoon
. Add food color in milk, and add to the mixture. Mix well
.Add vanilla essence and cardamom powder mix and add baking powder at last. Mix well
.Pour the mixture in the greased tray and bake for 45 minutes, Pick with a brochette stick to check if it’s ready
. Serve with Tea or coffee
