roasted chicken

Ingredients

. 1½ kg of chicken (whole)
List A
.1 tablespoon of garlic paste
.1 ½ tablespoon of honey
.1 tbsp of pepper powder
.1 ½ teaspoon of salt
Supplement
.4 tablespoons of raw onion paste
.6 tablespoons of cooking oil
.3 eggs (boiled)

Cooking Method

Pour into a bowl the ingredients of list A and mix to a paste.
. Rub the inside and the outside of the chicken with half the paste mixed.
. Place the boiled eggs inside chicken.
. Seal the chicken with a kitchen rope.
. In a container, fry the chicken on all sides until golden brown.
.add the raw onion paste (supplement), with the rest of mixed paste and 2 cups of water
. Cook on stove for 20 minutes by taking care to stir the chicken to have a good cooking.
. Then place chicken in baking dish, pour in the sauce that remains from the container.
. Preheat the oven on 180 degree.
. Cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes, by returning from time to time.
