Rice and chicken

. 250 g rice (cooked)
.200 g chicken breast (cut into dices)
. 1 tin Mushroom
.1 tbsp fresh garlic paste
.1 tbsp lemon juice
.1 tbsp soy sauce
.1 tbsp oyster sauce
. ½ tbsp cornstarch
.1 tbsp sugar
.1 cup water
.2 tbsp olive oil
. 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)

.Add salt and lemon juice to chicken
.heat oil in a pan, and add the chicken. Fry till golden brown
.mix water, sugar, garlic paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch
.add the mixture to the chicken, stir and add mushroom
. Cook till mixture become thick
.remove from heat, add cooked rice and fresh chopped coriander into the mixture, mix well
.pour the mixture in a small rounded mold, by pressing it well with a spoon, put a serving plate over the mold, and turn it
.serve hot
