Radish and betroot salad

Ingredients
. 2 radishes
. 1 lettuce
. 1 beetroot (cooked)
. 4 fresh mint leaves
. 1 tbsp olive oil
. 1teaspoon vinegar
. 1 pinch salt
. ½ teaspoon black pepper




Method
. In a bowl mix olive oil with vinegar, salt and black pepper
. Cut radishes and beetroot into slices
. Arrange lettuce leaves on a salad plate, add radish, beetroot slices and mint leaves
. Season the salad with vinaigrette sauce
