Pumpkin soup

Ingredients
.1 kg pumpkin (peeled and cut into dices)
.2 onions (chopped)
. ½ cup fresh leeks (chopped)
.50g butter
.1 tbsp sugar
. 400 ml milk
.2 cups chicken stock
.45 ml fresh cream
.salt
.Blackpepper
.pumpkin seeds (optional)




Methods
.Melt butter in a saucepan, add chopped onions and leeks, stir and cook for 5 minutes
.Add pumpkin and cook on low heat till it become soft
.Add sugar, salt, Blackpepper and cook for more 5 minutes
.Add milk and chicken stock. Mix well. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes
.Remove from heat pour the mixture in serving bowl
.Garnish with fresh cream and pumpkin seeds
