polenta

Ingredients
.200 g Polenta
. 1 litre milk
. 100g grated cheese
. 30 g butter
. 3 eggs
. 100 g mozzarella
.Salt
.Black Pepper
For Salad
. ½ kg cherry tomatoes
. 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
. 1 tbsp olive oil
. 1 tbsp lemon juice
. Black pepper


Method
. Pour milk in a large casserole with 1 teaspoon salt and bring to boil
.sprinkle Polenta in boiled milk, by keep stirring for 5 minutes
.remove from heat, and let it cool for some minutes
.Add grated cheese, eggs and black pepper. Mix well
.Preheat oven at 180 degrees
. Grease a gratin plate, pour Polenta mixture in it, dress well the mixture add butter over it, and cover it with mozzarella cheese
. Bake for about 40 minutes
.Prepare salad
. Cut tomatoes into quarters
. Add Basil leaves, black pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well
.Cut Polenta into triangle shapes and serves hot with salad
