Pizza roll


For dough, It’s on my previous pizza recipe
For the sauce
. 300 grams tomato puree
. 1clove garlic (grated)
. 1 teaspoon sugar
. 1 pinch salt
. 1 teaspoon oregano
. ½ cup water
. 1 cup grated cheese


. In a sauce pan add a little oil, and put the garlic. Stir for some minutes; add tomato puree and ½ cup water let simmer for some minutes
. Add salt, sugar oregano and cheese to the sauce. Cook till the cheese melt
. Remove from heat and let cooling completely


.preheat oven on 180 degrees
.Make small balls with the dough
. Spread flour on a working plan; Roll the balls round and thin. Let rest for 20 minutes
. Pick the rolls with a fork, brush them with olive oil
.Add 1 tbsp of sauce on the rolls
. Place on a greased baking tray, spread shredded mozzarella cheese onto the rolls and cook till the cheese melt
.Serve hot with sauces
