Parathas

Ingredients
.500 g flour of all purpose
.2 teaspoons salt
. Warm water
.oil





Methods
. Combine flour with salt and add water little by little to make a soft dough
.Rub the dough with few oil and keep to rest for 1 hour
. Make small balls with the dough
.heat a pancake pan and brush few oil over it
. Roll each ball to round shape
.cook parathas on both sides by brushing oil over each side
.serve hot with sauces, curries, or butter
