. ½ kg of fresh mushroom chopped
. 1 can of baby corn
. 1 small carrot (chopped)
. 1 cup of green shallot (chopped)
. 1 tbsp fresh garlic paste
. 1 green chili (chopped)
. 1 tbsp of lemon juice
. 1 tbsp olive oil
. Salt
. Black pepper
. 6 cups of water

Cooking method

. Add oil in a pan; pour the garlic paste, the chopped carrot and the mushroom. Stir and let it fry for some minutes
. Add water, salt and the baby corn and let it cook for 10 minutes
. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice to it
. Serve in a soup bowl by spreading some black pepper, following with the chopped green shallot and chili
