Mushroom pasta

. 300 grams pasta (as you wish)
. 200 cl cooking cream
. 1 big tin mushroom (pieces)
. 2 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
. ½ cup shredded cheese
.Black pepper
. 1 tbsp olive oil


. Boil water in a saucepan with salt and olive oil
. Add pasta in boiled water and let cook for 3 minutes (do not overcook, as it has to be cooked again with the cooking cream)
. Drained and return the pasta in the sauce pan
. Add cooking cream to the pasta with the rest of the ingredients
. Let simmer for some minutes and remove from heat
.Serve in a serving plate with some more cheese if you want 😉
