Salad

Ingredients
.300G potato
.3 tomatoes
.6 gherkins (cornichons, pickle cucumber)
.4 tbsp mayonnaise (according to your choice)
. Fresh parsley (chopped)
.Salt
.Blackpepper





Method
.Wash potatoes and put in a pressure cooker to boil, with water and a pinch of salt
.After 2 whistles check if potatoes are ready, by picking with a knife. If the knife enter easily, means it’s ready
. Let to cool. Peel the potatoes and Cut into dices
.Wash tomatoes remove seeds and cut into strips
. Cut gherkins into small pieces
.Add all the vegetables in a big bowl, add Blackpepper and mix
.Add mayonnaise to the vegetables mixture, mix well
.Put in refrigerator for an hour before serve
.Garnish with lemon skin and parsley leaves
