sweet potato cake

For dough
. 1kg smashed sweet potato
. 1 cup flour
. 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
For fillings
. 1 cup smashed sweet potato
. ½ cup sugar
. 1 cup fresh coconut (grated)
.Oil for frying

. Combine smashed sweet potato with flour and cardamom powder
. Mix well to make dough
. Prepare fillings by mixing sweet potato smashed, grated coconut and sugar all together
. Make 25 small balls with the dough
. Roll each ball to round shape
. Put 1 teaspoon of filling in middle of each small round, and wrap them to half, like half moon
. Press the borders with the back of a fork
. Heat oil in a pan, and fry the cakes till golden brown
.Serve hot
