Mauritian fried noodles

Ingredients
. ½ kg boneless chicken breast (cut into small cubes)
. 1 kg fresh Noodle
. 2 cups chopped Bok Choy (Chinese cabbage)
. 2 cups chopped cabbage
.1 cup carrot (grated)
. ½ cup garlic stems (chopped)
. 1 cup Soy sauce
. ½ cup Fish sauce
. Salt
. Black pepper
. 1 teaspoon Chinese salt (optional)
. 3 garlic (blend with 1 cup water and 2 tbsp sugar) >>> Garlic sauce
. 1 tbsp chopped fresh green chili (optional)
. 2 tbsp oil

Method

. Heat oil in a wok pan; add ½ Chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 teaspoon fish sauce. Stir and let cook for about 5 to 10 minutes
.Add ½ of all the vegetables, except garlic stem. Stir and let cook for 5 minutes by keep stirring
. Add ½ cup garlic sauce, salt, ½ teaspoon Chinese salt and black pepper. Keep stirring for 2 minutes
. Add ½ fresh noodles, stir quickly. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, and black pepper
. Cook for 5 minutes, and remove from wok
. Repeat the same step with the rest of ingredients
. Serve hot by spreading garlic stem and chili
.To be serve with chili sauce and garlic sauce
