Chicken curry

Ingredients
. ½ kg chicken parts (wings and thighs)
. 2 potatoes (cut into ¼)
. 3 boiled eggs
. 2 tbsp garlic paste
. 2 tbsp ginger paste
. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
. 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
. ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
. 1 red chili (cut into ¼)
. 2 onions (chopped)
. 2 tbsp tomato puree
. 1 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
.Salt
.Black pepper
.1 cup water
. 1 tbsp oil

Method

. Heat oil in a cooking pan and put onion to it
. Add chicken pieces, red chili and potatoes in the pan and let fry for 5 minutes
. Add ginger and garlic paste, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom powder, salt, black pepper and water and let cook for about 15 minutes
. After 15 minutes, add tomato puree and the boiled eggs to the mixture, stir and let cook for more 5 minutes
. Remove from heat, spread fresh coriander on the curry and serve with rice
