Gulab jammun

Ingredients;
. 500 g milk powder
.6 tbsp cake flour
.1 tbsp baking powder
. ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
. 3 tbsp melted ghee
. 1 cup evaporated milk
. 1 Lt water
. 350 g sugar
. Oil for fry

Method

.mix milk powder and cardamom in a bowl together with ghee
.add enough of evaporated milk to bind the mixture and make a dough with
.mix water and sugar in a large saucepan and bring to boil
.boil until thick to form syrup
.roll prepared dough into small balls and fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown
.drain and add them in the hot syrup
.allow to soak in the syrup for 2 or 3 hours and serve
