Ginger and lemon tea, a perfect combination for diet

Ingredients
.1teabag (green tea)
. 6 small slices ginger
. 1 slice lemon or 1 tbsp lemon juice


Method
.Heat water to fill a cup or a bowl and remove it from the heat before boiling
. Add the tea bag and ginger slices in the water
. Let stand for 5 minutes covered
. After these 5 minutes, add the lemon juice or lemon slice and drink it
. It is recommended to drink this infusion on an empty stomach.
