. 200 gram mince chicken
. 200 gram shelled shrimps (cooked)
. 300 grams cooked rice
.1 red paprika (coarsely cut)
. 1 yellow paprika (coarsely cut)
. 1 green paprika (coarsely cut)
. 1 bowl cooked broccoli (coarsely cut)
. 3 tbsp green cooked peas
. 1clove garlic (chopped)
. 1 tbsp roasted sesame seed
. ½ cup soy sauce
. 3 tbsp sugar
. 2 tbsp cornstarch
.black pepper
. Olive oil


. Put 1 tbsp olive oil in a saucepan, put chopped garlic, stir and add mince chicken and salt, let cook for 15 minutes
. Add soy sauce with a ½ cup water and 2 tbsp sugar to the chicken
. Let cook for some minutes, mix 2 tbsp cornstarch in 1 tbsp cold water and pour the mixture in the preparation
. Remove from heat when the mixture become thick
. Add 1 tbsp olive oil in a wok pan and cook the vegetables
. Remove the vegetables and put the cooked rice in the wok
. Spread 1 tbsp soy sauce on the rice and add 1 tbsp sugar following with salt and black pepper, keep stir for 5 minutes
. Add the cooked shrimps, vegetables, and stir for 3 minutes
. Remove from heat
. Place the rice on a serving plate, add the chicken preparation on the rice and spread roasted sesame seed onto it
