.4 tbsp of oil
.500g basmati rice half cooked
.2 onions
. 1 cinnamon stick
. 1 bay leaf
. 5 nail cloves
.2 teaspoon of sugar
. Salt

Cooking method

.heat oil in a saucepan
. Add the onions peeled and sliced, as well as all the spices
.return all on high heat for 2 minutes, then pour the sugar
. After it caramelizes, put the rice
. Mix, then add 10cl of water and let it cook for about 10 minutes
. Remove all the spices before serving
