Palmiers

Ingredients
.300G puff pastry
.150G granulate sugar
.20G melted butter





Method
.preheat oven at 200°C
.Roll puff pastry to triangle shape
.brush melted butter all over the paste
.spread 50G sugar all over the paste
.mark a line in middle of the paste
.Fold both left and right side to the middle of the line
.spread 50G sugar again on the paste, and fold once again the same way
.spread remaining sugar and fold again
.End by folding on each other
.cut the log into 2 cm each
.turn slices and place on baking tray
.bake until it become golden brown
.serve with coffee 😉
