squid calamari

Ingredients
. ½ kg squid (cut into thin slices)
. 2 cups breadcrumb
. 1 cup tapioca starch
. 1 tbsp mustard paste
. 1 teaspoon cup parsley (chopped)
. 1 teaspoon herb de Provence
. 1 teaspoon garlic paste
. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
. 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
. 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
. ½ teaspoon salt
. 1 teaspoon black pepper
. Oil for fry




Method

. Marinade squid slices with, mustard paste, Provence herb, garlic paste, ginger paste, chili powder, cinnamon powder, salt and black pepper
. Cover with plastic wrapper and put in refrigerator for 1 hour
. After 1 hour, remove from refrigerator, put tapioca starch in the Marinade squid, add a little water and mix well. The squid should not stick in your hand
. Heat oil in a pan
. Coat the squid slices in breadcrumbs and fry in medium heat till golden
. Serve hot with sauce and bread
