Ingredients
. 8 chicken parts of your choice
. 2 eggs (Beaten with a pinch of salt)
. 1 packet Kentucky powder (can be replace by 250 grams flour)
. 2 cups crushed biscuits
. 1 tbsp garlic paste
. 1 tbsp ginger paste
. 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
. 1 teaspoon herb De Provence
. 1 tbsp mustard paste
. Salt
. Black pepper
.oil for fry




Method
. Marinade the chicken parts with all the ingredients, except Kentucky powder, eggs and crushed biscuits
. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour
. Mix Kentucky powder with crushed biscuit and place in a large plate
. Heat oil in a large pan
. Remove chicken parts, first dip in beaten eggs, and coat with Kentucky powder mixture.
. Deep fry the chicken parts till golden brown
. Serve hot with breads and salads
