Crispy chicken wings

Ingredients
.12 small chicken wings
.2 tbsp olive oil
. 2 tbsp tomato puree
.1 tbsp cumin powder
. 2 tbsp paprika
. 1 tbsp hot Tabasco sauce
.salt
.Black pepper
. 2 bowls biscuit crumbs
. 3 tbsp sesame seeds





Method
. Marinade chicken wings with, oil, tomato puree, paprika, Tabasco sauce, cumin powder, salt and black pepper
. Mix well and put in fridge for 2 hours
.preheat oven at 200°C
. Put 1 tbsp water in dry sesame seeds, and stir. (This operation is made so that the sesame seeds can stick well on the wings)
. Drain off the marinated sauce, and coat the wings with biscuit crumbs and sesame seeds
. Put the wings on a grease baking tray and cook for 40 minutes by turning the wings time to time. Cook till turn golden brown
. Serve hot with salads, chips and sauces
