For pastry
. 25 cl water
.100 gram butter
. 150 grams flour
. 4 eggs
. 1 tbsp sugar
. 1 pinch salt
. 1 teaspoon butter for the baking tray

For cream
. ½ litre milk
. 3 tbsp custard powder
. 2 tbsp sugar
. 1 cup water
. 1 tbsp vanilla essence

Method for cream
. Mix custard powder in 2 tbsp cold water, then add in the 2 cups water, with sugar and cook till it become a thick
. Remove from heat; add milk and vanilla essence to the paste and wimp the mixture till it turn smooth

Method pastry
. Preheat the oven on 200 degrees
. Pour water in a saucepan, add butter, sugar and salt and let boil slowly
. Let boil and drop the flour at a sudden. Dried the paste on low heat, Let to cool for some minutes
. Add eggs one by one in the paste
. Pour the paste in a pastry bag and make 12 balls on the baking tray
. Place the tray in the preheated oven and cook for 30 minutes, make sure not to open the oven during baking time
. Remove and let to cool
. Cut the balls into half and fill them with the cream
