Crab curry

Ingredients
.500G crabs
.3 tomatoes (chopped)
.2 onions (cut into slices)
.2 red chilies (chopped)
.3 tbsp tomato puree
.2 tbsp curry powder
.3 cloves fresh garlic (chopped)
.1 tbsp ginger paste
.1 cup water
.Salt
.Blackpepper
.3 tbsp cooking oil
For garnish
.chopped spring onion





Method
.Clean and wash crabs, cut into pieces
.Heat oil in pan, fry crabs till turn to red. Remove from oil
.Add onions, garlic, chili and ginger in the same pan. Stir for 3 minutes
.Add curry, salt and Blackpepper, Cook for more 3 minutes
.Add chopped tomatoes and tomato puree, stir and cook for about 10 minutes
.Add crabs, mix well with curry mixture, add water and let simmer for 15 minutes or till water evaporate
.Spread chopped spring onion, mix well. Cook for more 1 or 2 minutes
.Place on serving plates and Serve hot
