. 250 g of dried coconut
.25 CL of milk
. 300 g of powdered sugar
. 1 tbsp of oil


. Pour the milk in a saucepan and bring it to boil
. Add sugar and stir over low heat for a few minutes
. Then add 200 g of coconut and cook over low heat stirring constantly until the mixture thickens
. Lay a large sheet of foil
.brush the sheet with oil
.pour the preparation on the sheet and smooth it with a spatula
.let it cools down completely
.cut into squares and sprinkle it with remaining coconut
.the square can be stored for 2 or 3 weeks in a metal container
