fish salad

Ingredients
. 3 fish filet
. 1 cup shelled shrimps
. 1 yellow pepper (chopped)
. 1 red pepper (chopped)
. 1 bowl broccoli (boiled)
. 1 cup flour
. 2 eggs (beaten with a pinch of salt)
. Salt
. Black pepper
. ½ cup water
.2 tbsp Olive oil
. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
. Oil for fry




Method

. Rub salt and black pepper on fish filet and keep aside
. Add olive oil in a pan, and add shrimps to it let them turn to red color
.add chopped peppers, broccoli, salt, black pepper and ½ cup water, stir, cover and leave to cook for 5 minutes
.remove from heat and add lemon juice to the mixture and place on a plate
. Heat oil in a large pan
. Coat fish filet in the flour and pass them in beaten eggs
. Fry the filet in hot oil on low heat till golden brown
.preheat oven on 180 degrees
. Put the fish on the grill tray and bake for 5 minutes
. Remove and place them on the salad place
. Serve hot with breads
