chocolate mousse

Ingredients
.200G dark chocolate
.4 eggs
.100G butter
. 1 teaspoon Lemon zest (grated)
. 1 pinch salt
. 80G sugar

Method
.Separate egg whites from the yolks
. Beat the egg whites into firm peak with a pinch of salt
. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave. Let cooling on normal temperature
.Add egg yolks to the chocolate mixture with the lemon zest. Mix well
. Add firm egg white carefully to the chocolate mixture with a spatula, gently mix
. Pour chocolate mousse in a mold and refrigerate for 6 hours
. Serve cold with fresh fruits
