soup

Ingredients;
. 1 kg chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
. 1 small carrot chopped
. ½ frozen mixed vegetables
. ½ cup celery
. ½ cup parsley
. 1 tbsp dried thyme leaves
. ½ cup leek
. ½ cup chopped shallot
. 1 tbsp of fresh garlic paste
. Salt
. Black pepper
. 1 tbsp oil
. 5 cups of water

Cooking method

. Add oil in a pan and fry the chicken for some minutes
. Add the fresh garlic, the thyme leaves, chopped carrot and the mixed vegetables and let fry for some minutes
.Add water to it, following with salt, chopped celery, parsley and leek and let cook for 10 minutes
. Remove from heat
. Serve hot, spreading black pepper and chopped shallot
