For dough

. ½ kg flour
. Salt
. 1 teaspoon Oregano
. 8 grams dry yeast
. 3 tbsp olive oil
. Warmed water

For sauce

. ½ kg chicken breast (cut into small cubes)
. 6 fresh tomatoes (chopped)
. 300 grams tomato puree
. 1 large Green pepper (chopped)
. 1 large red pepper (chopped)
. Some black olives chopped into half
. 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
. Oregano
. Black pepper
. Salt
. 100 grams mushroom
. 1 small pineapple (peeled and chopped)
. 100 grams of grated mozzarella


. Pour dry yeast in ¼ cup of warm milk for 15 minutes
. Combine flour with salt, oregano and olive oil, mix
. Add yeast and finish with water to make soft dough
. Cover with a cloth and keep in a warm place and let it double (at least 3 hours)

For sauce
. Add a little olive oil in a saucepan, and put the chopped garlic, and stir for few minutes add the chopped fresh tomato and a little of water. Cook till the tomato softened
. Add the tomato puree, salt, black pepper and oregano and 1 cup of water, let cook for some minutes and keep aside out of the heat
. In another pan, add a little oil and cook the red and green pepper for some minutes with the mushroom
. Remove the vegetables and add the chicken meat in the same pan. And let fry for some minutes

. Take the dough and cut into 2 parts
. Using a rolling pin and roll the dough round or rectangle depend on the tray you are using
. Rub some butter on your tray and place the dough onto it
. Put tomato sauce, chicken meat, following with the vegetables, chopped pineapple, black olives and end with the mozzarella onto it
. Bake in preheat oven for 20 minutes or till the cheese melt
TIP; you can also bake the dough with the tomato sauce for 5 minutes first, then proceed with the other steps.
