For pancake

. 250 grams flour
. 1 egg
. 2 tbsp green shallot (chopped)
. 1 green chili (chopped)
. 1 teaspoon chopped onion
. Salt
.Black pepper
. 2 cups Water

For fillings

. 300 grams chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
. 1 teaspoon sugar
. 1 teaspoon garlic paste
. 1 small onion (chopped)
. 1 tbsp soy sauce
. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
. 1 teaspoon cornstarch
. Salt
. Black pepper

Method pancakes

. Combine flour with dry ingredients
. Add water and mix to a soft batter
. Beat egg, add to the batter
. Heat a pancake pan; grease it with oil or butter. Add a small amount of the batter on the pan. Using a spoon spread the batter and makes your pancakes
. Keep your pancakes aside

Method chicken chop suey

. Add a little oil in a pan, and fry the chicken for a while
. Add onion and the garlic paste to the chicken. Let cook for some minutes
. Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce with sugar, salt and black pepper.
. Mix cornstarch with a tbsp of water and add it in the mixture
. Cook for some minutes, till the mixture thickened
. Remove from heat
.fill each pancake with some chicken chop suey and serve hot
