Ingredients
. 1 kg of chicken breasts
. 1 bunch of Basil
. 100 g chopped almonds
. 2 cans coconut milk
. 1 teaspoon of curry powder
. 3 tbsp of olive oil
. Salt
. Black pepper

Cooking method

. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes
. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown
. Add curry powder, coconut milk, salt and pepper
. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
. At half cooked, add the chopped Basil and almonds
. Serve hot
