Iceberg lettuce cucumber radish salad

Ingredients

. 1 bowl Iceberg lettuce

. 12 cherry tomatoes cut into halves

. 1 cucumber cut into slices

. 2 radish cut into slices

For dressing

. 1 tbsp mustard powder

. 1 teaspoon black pepper

. ½ teaspoon fresh basil

. 1 tbsp olive oil

. 2 tbsp vinegar

. Salt to taste

 

Methods

. Arrange all the vegetable as show in the picture on a salad plate

. Refrigerate for 20 minutes

. Blend all the dressing ingredients well and pour in a small bowl

. Spread the vinaigrette over the salad and serve immediately

 

 

 

 

Green Asparagus with eggs salad

Green Asparagus with eggs salad

Ingredients

.1 bunch fresh Asparagus

.4 tomatoes (boiled)

.1 egg (boiled)

. 2 tbsp lemon juice

.pinch of sugar

.salt

.fresh parsley for garnish

For sauce

. ½ cup fresh parsley

.4 garlic cloves

. ¼ cup olive oil

.2 tbsp vinegar

.salt




Methods

.Wash fresh asparagus and place on a plate

.cut boiled egg into half and place on asparagus following with boiled tomatoes

.mix lemon juice with sugar and salt and spread over the salad

Method for sauce by Topchefpro:

.Chop parsley and garlic

.pour in a blender, add vinegar and mix till become a paste

.pour in a small bowl and add in the olive oil, and salt. Mix well

. Add on eggs and the salad and serve

Caprese Salad

Ingredients

.500 g mozzarella cheese

. 1 handful of fresh basil

.2 large tomatoes

.3 tablespoons olive oil

.Salt

. Blackpepper

 





Methods

.Slice mozzarella cheese

. Pluck fresh Basil leaves

. Sliced tomatoes

. Arrange all the ingredients on a plate as showing on the picture or you can arrange according to your choice as follow a slice of mozzarella cheese, a slice of tomato and fresh basil leaves

. Lastly Season with olive oil, salt and Blackpepper

.Serve with breads
