Puddine Manioc

Ingredients
.400g Cassava (manioc) (peeled)
.150g sugar
.170 ml Milk
. 2 tbsp vanilla essence
. Dried grated coconut
.butter





Methods
.Cut cassava into small pieces and grind finely to make a paste
.add sugar, milk and vanilla essence, mix well
.grease a large microwave bowl with butter
.pour Cassava mixture in the bowl
. Cook in microwave on high for 15 minutes or till paste become transparent
.remove from microwave, let to cool
. The preparation will be sticky
.cut cassava preparation into square shapes, or take a few with spoon and coat in dried grated coconut
.serve cold
