Carrot halwa

Ingredients
.750g Carrot (grated)
. 165 g milk powder
.1 ΒΌ Lt water
. 400g condense milk
.3 tbsp ghee
.30 g pistachio nuts
.30g dry grapes





Methods
. Mix milk powder with water and pour in a large saucepan.
.Add grated carrot to the milk and cook over low heat by stirring occasionally until the carrot absorb all the milk
.Add condensed milk and cook over low heat for 40 minutes or until the mixture dry
.Add ghee and cook for another 5 minutes
.remove from heat, sprinkle nuts and dry grapes over the mixture
.Serve hot or cold
