.220 g sugar
.110 g butter
. 180 g of flour + 1 teaspoon for mold
.190 g dark chocolate
. 3 eggs
. 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (sucre vanillé)
. 1 teaspoon of coffee
. Baking powder
.200g of Walnut kernels
. ½ teaspoon salt

Baking method

.preheat oven on 180 degree (6f)
.rub some butter on a baking pan and flour it, drop the excess by tapping upside.
.broke the chocolate into small pieces
. Put the broken chocolates in a large bowl with butter, and melt in a double boiler (bain Marie)
.remove from the source of heat once the chocolate is completely melted
. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar (Sucre vanillé) and the eggs without working too much on them
.sieve the flour and baking powder and then add them to the mixture and the salt. Carefully mix
.add finally the Walnut kernels crushed, and mix again
