beef-stew

Ingredients
. 1kg boneless beef chuck (cut into cubes)
. 3 tbsp flour
. ¼ cup vegetables oil
. 1 large onion (chopped)
. Salt
.black pepper
. 1 bay leaf
. 1 teaspoon thyme
. 1 clove garlic
. ½ red wine (supplement)
. 1 ½ cup beef stock
. 1 cup mushroom
. 2 medium carrots
. 1 cup green bean
. 1bowl spinach (cooked)

Cooking method

. Roll meat cubes in flour
. Divide meat into two batches
. Heat oil in a cooking pan
. Brown each batch on all sides and remove
. To the remaining oil in the pan, add onion.fry till onion is transparent. Add meat and the remaining ingredients except the carrots, mushroom, beans and spinach
. Cover the pan, cook for 30 minutes
. Add the vegetables except the spinach. Submerge vegetables in cooking liquid
. Cook for 10 minutes
. Remove from heat, allow to cool
.discard the bay leaf
. serve hot with the spinach
