Cutlets

Ingredients
.750g minced beef meat
.3 eggs
.1 onion (chopped)
.1 tbsp garlic paste
.1 tbsp ginger paste
.1green chili (chopped)
.1 teaspoon cumin powder
.1 handful fresh coriander and mint leaves (chopped)
.Salt
.Blackpepper
. 2 cups breadcrumbs
.oil for fry





Method
.mix minced meat with onion, garlic and ginger paste, coriander and mint leaves, green chili, cumin powder, salt and black pepper
.in a bowl, beat 1 egg, add cornstarch and pour in meat mixture
.Cover with plastic wrapper and allow to rest for 1 hour in fridge
.beat the rest eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and Blackpepper
.make small balls with the meat mixture, and flatter them
.Dip the meat cutlets into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb
.heat oil in a pan
.Fry cutlets till golden brown
.Remove and put on absorbent paper
.serve hot with salads, breads and sauces
